Catching Pigs:

There was a chemistry professor in a large college that had some exchange students in the class...

One day while the class was in the lab, the Prof noticed one young man, an exchange student, who kept rubbing his back and stretching as if his back hurt.

The professor asked the young man, what was the matter?

The student told him he had a bullet lodged in his back.

He had been shot while fighting communists in his native country who were trying to overthrow his country's government and install a new communist regime...

The government keeps pushing us toward Communism or Socialism and keeps spreading the free corn out in the form of programs such as business bailouts, extended unemployment benefits, alternative energy loans and subsidies, tax credits for unearned income, tobacco subsidies, dairy subsidies, farm subsidies, welfare, food stamps, foreign aid, subsidized medical care and drugs, etc. while we continually lose our freedoms, just a little at a time...

One should always remember two truths:

1) There is no such thing as a free lunch.

2) And you can never hire someone to provide a service for you cheaper than you can do it yourself.

I could barely stand to watch and listen to this master of hypocrisy during his speech last night...Does he think Americans are stupid? I mean to talk out of one side of your mouth about "everyone needing to pay their fair share" with regards to taxes (I think I almost vomited in my mouth as I even typed the words), does he forget that almost half of all Americans PAY NO INCOME TAXES! That sounds pretty fair and coming from a Liberal...Am I the only one that realizes the vilified "top 1 percent of wage earners" pays nearly 40 percent of all of the income taxes for the entire country!!! That sounds to me like they are already paying their fair share Comrade Obama...There is a famous quote about socialism and the redistribution of wealth from Margret Thatcher- "The problem with Socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money." I couldn't agree more, and right now the US is running out of tax payer money...

Tribute to Ronald Reagan

I dare anyone to watch this and not be inspired...This is what a true American hero and President should look and act like! I posted this video so Liberals could watch it and realize just how pathetic of a President, Comrade Obama, truly is...I also can't help but wonder as I watch, where is our generations Reagan? Though I support many GOP Presidential candidates, none of them can even hold a candle to Reagan. I do take some solstice in knowing that it takes a Carter to get a Reagan. I pray each and every day that Obama will be a "one-termer."

Initiative would let illegal immigrants work in Calif. legally -

SACRAMENTO, Calif.-Nearly 1 million undocumented immigrants could live and work openly in California with little or no fear of deportation under an initiative unveiled Friday by a state legislator and others.

Assemblyman Felipe Fuentes, a Democrat, is helping spearhead the measure, called the California Opportunity and Prosperity Act.

The proposal was filed Friday with the state Attorney General's Office, marking a first step toward a drive to collect the 504,760 voter signatures needed to qualify for the ballot.

Fuentes called the measure a "moderate, common-sense approach" necessitated by the federal government's inability to pass comprehensive immigration reform.

"I hope this shows Washington, D.C., that if they fail to act, California will take the lead on this critical issue," Fuentes said in a written statement.

Supporters say the initiative could generate up to $325 million in new tax revenue from undocumented workers that could assist education, public safety and other state programs.

Regardless whether Californians would support such a measure, implementation would depend upon the federal government agreeing not to prosecute participants.

Assemblyman Tim Donnelly, a Republican, blasted the proposal as an attempt to sidestep immigration law. He predicted that it wouldn't have a "snowball's chance in hell" of winning voter approval.

"There's a proper process for coming to this country," Donnelly said. "Why don't you respect that?"

The proposed initiative would apply to illegal immigrants who have lived in California for four years, have no felony convictions, are not suspected terrorists, pay a fee to administer the program, and can speak English or are learning it.

And we wonder why California has a multi-billion dollar budget deficit...

Tea Party vs. Occupy-

They say a picture is worth a 1,000 words... I wonder how many words these pictures are worth??? Just imagine if the Tea Party rallies were as destructive or out of control as the "occupy movement." I wonder how come the media doesn't cover the "occupy movement" the same way they cover the Tea Party???
